Managing Director, Cascade Group Companies specializing in water heating applications, operations spread across the country. 10 years as Traffic Warden serving in various capacities. Involved in Design, and Commissioned road layouts for India’s first PELICON crossing system at St Francis Convent Schools as Project Coordinator in the year 2000. Designed an exclusive booklet on the PELICON project for the purpose of Traffic Education. Awarded Appreciation for Excellent Traffic Education in the year 2000. Was appointed as Executive Committee Member (Technical Advisor) for the project "Model Road 2000" in the year 2000. Under the supreme guidance of Dr. Francis Pinto, the then Chief Traffic Warden, involved in Design and complete Cost analysis of the entire Model Road Project covering a stretch of 2.4 KM of Dr. Nanjappa road, Coimbatore. Designed “Site Specific” - pedestrian friendly Road Furniture for the project and Designed and released booklet for Model Road. Designed exclusive Traffic Solutions for locations; GRG Schools, PSGRR Krishnammal College, Avinashilingam Institutions Bharti Matriculation School, Lisieux Hr Sec School and Avila Convent Schools.

Under directions from The Commissioner of Police, designed special layouts for the Gandhipuram – Cross Cut Road Junction introducing India’s first ever PRC (Pedestrian Refuge Crossing) Conducted Road Safety Awareness Quiz, Painting and Oratory competitions for RSP cadets during December 2007. Compiled a detailed Teachers Manual for RSP coordinators during 2007, Initiated new methods of Road Safety Propagation in a consumer trade fair show at Codissia on the 5th of Sep 2008. Restarted RSP in Coimbatore and enrolled 1586 Road Safety Patrol Cadets from 44 city schools. Devised and conducted Friendly Five Road Safety Competitions for the Road Safety Patrol cadets, at Nirmala College Auditorium on the 29th of November 2008. Conducted Inter College Friendly Five Road Safety Competitions for students from colleges, at CIT College Auditorium on the 24th of January 2009 and Amrita Schools of Engineering on the 25th of March 2009. Increased the attendance level of the Traffic Wardens from 4.5% to an average of 77%. Introduced Road Safety Champ Awards, given to renowned personalities of the city for their contribution to the cause of Road Safety, over 500 such awards presented. Introduced Rolling Shield for the best RSP School of the Year.

Conceived and conducted the World’s Largest Road Safety Awareness Campaign “Anandha Salai” in Coimbatore on the 2nd to 4th of December 2010.

Anandha Salai - Vibathilla Covai” World's Largest Road Safety Campaign was a roaring success as it enlightened 1,01,551 souls on road safety. All the 1.00 lac participants individually made a promise for an accident free Coimbatore and carried home the promise they made as a remembrance.

The campaign saw 19,102 students participate in 21 district level competitions and more than 3800 students were awarded with Road Safety Champ awards. 22 School Pupil Leaders and 40 State Level Achievers were invited from various schools and awarded.

Innovated the “Traffic Wardens to Class Room” project whereby the RSP students are trained on the “Rules of the road regulations” who in-turn teach the entire school in the assembly or thro the class audio system to benefit 200,000 student community of the city. Introduced Mini Traffic Park Theme in schools. Authored and released the exclusive guide book for the RSP “My Personal Road Safety Guide”.

Authored the book titled “Ananda Salai – Vibathilla Kovai” – The World Largest Road Safety Campaign”. The book covers in detail the determined contribution of the 4350 RSP students who educated 1,01,551 people, who attended the campaign, with the support of 54 pavilions detailing various road rules. 782 road rules are presented with visuals along with special pavilions arranged with - RTO - Driving Institute - First Aid - Insurance and Trauma care. Participation of a total of 19,102 students in District Level Road Safety Competitions, 21 scientifically designed "On Spot Competitions" are presented in so much detail along with presentation of Road Safety Champ Awards to 3800 winners. The book also covers how the Traffic Wardens and RSP students encouraged all the 1.00 lacs participants to make a promise towards an accident free Coimbatore. Such huge activity has been carefully documented as a 138 pages book so that this will be helpful for anybody attempting a road safety campaign in future. The book was released by Bharat Ratna Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam in a function in Coimbatore where 6400 RSP students from city schools and colleges participated. The primary objective of the book is to share knowledge and to help likeminded road safety propagating volunteers and agencies to formulate “result oriented programs”. This book is to be kept in all city schools, colleges and public libraries.
